Conditions of Hire

  1. The customer is responsible for the hired goods and liability for their use from the time of collection/delivery until the time of return.
  2. Hired goods must be returned by noon the day after the hire, unless prior arrangements have been made.
  3. It is strongly recommended that hirers are in attendance during delivery and collection of equipment. In the event of this not beeing possible, customers are asked to accept our assessment of any loss or damage.
  4. Hired goods must be returned in a clean condition.
  5. There will be an extra charge of 25% for items returned in a dirty condition.
  6. All containers must be returned with the hired goods. a charge will be made for non-returne, e.g. Black plastic Box £5.00, Blue Box for glasses £10.00.
  7. No responsibility can be accepted for injury caused by the use of hired goods.
  8. Hired goods damaged, broken or lost must be paid for at the replacement charge current at the time when hire is returned.
  9. An extra charge will be made for table linen returned in an exceptionally dirty or damaged condition.
  10. Delivery is to ground floor entrance with vehicular access.
  11. Quotes given for delivery/collection charges. Usual charge of £0.50 per mile.
